Once we receive your report, we follow a structured investigation process:
- Acknowledgement: We confirm receipt within 7 business days.
- Investigation: A neutral investigator from either the HR or Operations team will assess the issue, gather facts, and evaluate the situation objectively.
- Resolution: Based on the findings, corrective actions will be taken—this may include disciplinary steps, process changes, or other appropriate responses.
- Follow-up: We’ll keep you informed, as much as confidentiality allows, on how the matter is resolved.
Protection Against Retaliation
Anyone who reports in good faith is protected — no exceptions. Retaliation of any kind, including demotion, dismissal, or harassment, is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action. We are fully committed to creating an environment where you feel safe and supported when speaking up.
