How is my production data handled?

Evocon’s Analyst runs on Amazon Bedrock, in the same Amazon Web Services environment in the EU where Evocon already hosts all data. Everything is handled in line with GDPR and our Data Processing Agreement. The AI part of the product only receives the statistics Evocon calculates for the machine and period you choose, plus any context you add.

Your data is never used to train AI models.
