What data does a production monitoring system collect?

The core data points include machine run/stop states, produced quantities, machine speed, planned and unplanned downtime events (with operator-logged reasons), and rejected/scrap counts. Depending on your plan, Evocon can also track critical process metrics such as temperature, energy consumption, and CO2 emissions.

Some plans also include Alerts to help reduce downtime, and Checklists to digitize recurring production checks.
