Evocon is a lightweight solution that is easy to set up even without technical knowledge. The implementation process is quick, straightforward, and our customer support team helps you throughout the process. This article outlines the steps of implementation and different options available to you.

Finding a solution for you

When you contact us for the first time, we ask you a few basic questions about your production process. Afterwards:

1. We suggest you how to implement Evocon for your type of production process,
2. How to set up production monitoring for your machines, and
3. How to integrate Evocon with other systems that you have.

Evocon works for many different types of manufacturing processes (currently implemented in over 10 industries). It is lightweight enough to suit small factories and easily scalable to accommodate multinational companies. So, it is very likely that we will find a solution for you, but we will also let you know if your type of production process doesn’t suit Evocon’s system.

Shipping hardware (if needed)

Once we determine how to implement Evocon for your production process, we ship the required hardware. You will receive it in 1-2 business days if you are in Europe or 3-4 business days if you are anywhere else.

The hardware to ship is usually our IIoT device and sometimes cables and sensors for registering signals on your production lines.

Hardware-free Evocon

If you already collect signals to your local or cloud database, and all you want is to visualize existing production data, then there is no need for any hardware. We instruct you how to transfer existing data to Evocon securely, and you can see your data visualized immediately.

Setting up Evocon

We will give you instructions on how to set up Evocon and will consult you via phone, email, or chat during the implementation process.

The process consists of:

1. setting up the hardware,
2. creating an internet connection, and
3. configuring the Evocon system.

Most companies, especially those that have technical staff, manage to get Evocon working in a few hours and without our assistance.

What happens after implementation?

Evocon is very easy to use and has an extensive knowledge base, but we do provide training when and if needed. We also have an excellent customer support team who is there for you whenever you need help.

If you sign up for our 30-day trial, you can experience Evocon without making any financial commitments, but you’ll get our full support during and after the implementation nonetheless.
