Since Evocon’s OEE software is delivered as a cloud-based solution and most of our clients do the implementation on their own. Naturally, the question on training arises: How do my team and I learn to use the system? This article covers the different ways that we support our clients in the process of learning to use Evocon.

Different Ways to Learn How to Use Evocon

Evocon Free Trial

Overall, one of the best ways to learn how to use Evocon is by trying it out for free. It not only gives you the chance to learn, but it also gives you the chance to try whether Evocon helps accomplish the goals you have. It also lets you learn whether Evocon is a good fit for your production process, and finally, it gives your whole team an opportunity to learn and see whether they like the software or not.

Once you have the free trial up and running, you can learn to use the system on your own or let us help you make the first steps.

Learning on your own

Mastering Evocon can be measured in minutes simply by exploring different features and clicking around the system.

What is more, before starting to use Evocon in your factory, we provide access to our demo environment, where you can follow a simple tutorial about the basic functions of Evocon. Finally, there is always our up-to-date Knowledge base with answers to most questions.

We train you, and you train your team

Learning to use Evocon on your own is one thing. But how does the rest of your company learn to use Evocon?

Before the actual implementation of Evocon, either you or someone else from your company will be in contact with our team multiple times.

During this time, we will schedule an online call with you and help you learn to use Evocon. We definitely recommend including everyone who is involved in the process of implementing Evocon into the call. Because during the call, we will give an overview of the system, how it works, and how to use the different functions available. We’ll also answer any questions you and your team might have.

In other words, we make sure that you and your colleagues are ready to introduce Evocon in your company and train the rest of your team.

What is more, you can utilize the use of the demo environment (see the previous chapter on self-learning) to enhance the learning process for your team.

Webinars

When implementing Evocon on a broader scale (e.g., regionally or globally), our customer team is there to help you along the process. We’ve found that the best way to train key personnel in your company is by organizing webinars.

During the webinars, we give an in-depth overview of Evocon and how to use it. Afterwards, your factory managers can pass that knowledge on to the rest of the personnel.

The webinars usually last for an hour, followed by a Q&A session.

Interactive self-guide

We are always looking for ways to improve the experience our clients get from using Evocon. An important part of it is the learning experience, especially because of the nature of the manufacturing environment. Where people change positions, new employees get hired, and others leave.

That is why self-learning is crucial for you and your team. You can access our demo environment, where we have an interactive tutorial you can complete at your own pace.

Customer Support to the Rescue
